Commercial Analyst
Main Mission:
The Commercial Analyst supports Meopta’s strategic and commercial goals by driving data-based decision-making and ensuring efficient performance of the commercial function. This role combines analytical, business, and leadership responsibilities, including oversight of one direct report (System Engineer). The analyst develops commercial analyses, supports pricing and sales strategies, improves processes, and prepares business cases for strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, and interpret commercial and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Support business planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes with robust data analysis.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key commercial metrics.
Analyze customer, product, and market profitability.
Partner with sales, marketing, and finance teams to evaluate business initiatives and commercial performance.
Support pricing and contract negotiations through cost and margin analysis.
Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations for management.

Skills / Experience Required:
University degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage.
Understanding of pricing, profitability, and market dynamics.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
English proficiency at B1–B2 level.
Experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) is an asset.
