We are now seeking an experienced and highly driven Sales Director to lead and accelerate the growth of our Czech business.
Key Responsibilities
- Set clear performance objectives and regularly monitor KPIs, budgets, and forecasts to achieve revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the national sales team, ensuring high performance, accountability, and continuous professional development.
- Lead initiatives, ensuring strong product knowledge and driving acquisition of new affiliates.
- Set marketing goals, oversee campaigns, and promote the company’s products awareness.
- Support digital transformation projects to modernize sales and improve operations efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications & Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior leadership rolein in the same industry. .
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in building, mentoring, and motivating sales teams to achieve ambitious targets.
- Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate strategy into concrete action
- Fluent in Czech and English at a professional business level (both spoken and written).
