We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Knowledge Management Lead to play a key role in a global HR transformation within one of the world’s leading life sciences organizations.
In this high-impact position, you’ll design and drive the Knowledge Management strategy across the People & Organization (HR) function, ensuring that critical knowledge flows efficiently, employees can easily access what they need, and the organization learns and evolves continuously.
You’ll collaborate with senior HR and Digital leaders worldwide to embed knowledge-sharing practices into the way the company operates — building a smarter, faster, and more connected organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global Knowledge Management strategy aligned with HR transformation goals.
- Establish and oversee governance frameworks to ensure consistency, quality, and security of shared knowledge.
- Lead the adoption and continuous enhancement of KM tools and platforms in partnership with Digital & Technology teams.
- Identify knowledge gaps and promote a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across global teams.
- Track KPIs and use data-driven insights to measure success and continuously improve.
- Lead change management and communication activities to drive engagement and adoption of KM initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, Program Management, or Change Management.
- Proven experience implementing KM strategies in complex, global organizations.
- Strong understanding of KM tools, content taxonomies, and AI-enabled knowledge discovery.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience in HR / People & Organization environments is a strong plus.
Fluent English required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
