About the Role:

At Volantis Professional Flight School, we inspire dreams to fly – and now we’re looking for professional who can help us take those dreams further.


We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Sales Executive to accelerate our business development and client growth across the aviation and education sectors.

You will play a key role in expanding our partner network, developing B2C and B2B client relations, and turning new opportunities into long-term collaborations. The role combines sales leadership, strategic business development, and aviation enthusiasm – ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, opportunity, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the aviation training market.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, universities, and individual clients.

· Actively promote Volantis training programs (PPL, CPL, IR, ATPL, leisure, and simulator training).

· Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation and client meetings to offer preparation and contract closure.

· Collaborate with marketing and client experience teams to design campaigns that attract and convert new students.

· Represent Volantis at trade events, airshows, and corporate networking activities.

· Provide regular sales and market reports.

· Contribute to pricing strategy, promotional concepts, and product portfolio development.

· Foster long-term relationships built on trust, professionalism, and our brand values.

Who You Are:

· A motivated and confident communicator with a passion for aviation and client engagement.

· Experienced in sales, business development, or account management (aviation, education, or luxury services background preferred).

· Fluent in English (Czech and other languages a plus).

· Skilled in negotiation, presentation, and building trusted relationships.

· Comfortable working toward measurable targets and results.

· Able to collaborate effectively in a fast-moving, client-focused environment.
