We are now seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, shape our digital vision, and drive technical excellence across all areas of the business.

Your Role
 

As CTO, you will oversee the entire technology function, from architecture and infrastructure to product development and innovation. You’ll work closely with company leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals, ensuring Karstfin remains at the forefront of the financial technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities
 

Define and execute the company’s technology vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Lead and mentor the technical and development teams to deliver high-performing, secure, and scalable solutions.
Oversee software architecture, infrastructure, and system integrations.
Drive innovation and evaluate emerging technologies to support business growth.
Collaborate with executive management to align technology initiatives with company goals.
Ensure the highest standards of security, performance, and compliance.
Manage technology budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
Represent the company’s technology function to partners, clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements
 

Proven experience as CTO, Head of Technology, or senior technical leadership role (ideally in fintech or related industries).
Strong background in software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles.
Hands-on experience with modern development practices (Agile, CI/CD, DevOps).
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree or certifications are a plus).
