About the Role
For the second semester (starting February 1, 2026), we are looking for an experienced elementary school teacher to teach children aged 6–11.

About Us
The Duhovka Elementary School offers Czech - English education based mainly on the method of Marie Montessori; however, the school is open to other pedagogical approaches and chooses what is suitable for the given age and the children’s needs from each of them. We have mixed-age classes, which supports the learning process and natural cooperation among children.

What You’ll Do
- Work closely with a Czech Class Teacher in a bilingual environment.
- Teach and support students in the classroom in line with Montessori principles.
- Help students develop their English language, social, and communication skills.
- Take part in school events, activities, and trips.
What We’re Looking For
- Native English speaker (from an English-speaking country), who ideally has experience teaching in Europe.
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum requirement).
- Interest in alternative education.
- Willingness to commit long-term and continue professional growth in Montessori education.
