We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join a luxury resort & spa hotel in Georgia with approximately 200 rooms. This is a unique opportunity for a culinary professional who is ready to bring creativity, leadership, and high standards to an international hospitality environment.

Job description:

• lead, inspire and motivate the kitchen team,

• create and implement seasonal menus with focus on quality and creativity,

• ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation,

• monitor kitchen operations including inventory and cost control,

• maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with international requirements,

• collaborate closely with management on F&B concepts,

• train and mentor junior staff for continuous improvement,

• represent the hotel’s culinary vision towards guests and partners.

We require:

• minimum 5 years of proven experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef,

• strong leadership and organizational skills,

• excellent knowledge of international cuisine and current culinary trends,

• ability to manage a multicultural team,

• strong focus on quality, creativity and guest satisfaction,

• ability to work under pressure and manage costs effectively,

• good communication skills in English (other languages an advantage),

• passion for hospitality and innovative gastronomy.
