We are using advanced technologies and developing our own logistics platform, GAIA, which facilitates real-time data collection to enable us to make it easier for companies to deliver goods and to reduce their negative impact on the urban environment.

To support our growth, we’re strengthening our Operational Excellence team and looking for a talented Medior Process Specialist to help us improve and scale our processes.

Do you enjoy improving processes and making things run smoother? As our new Medior /Senior Process Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind smarter, faster, and more reliable logistics operations. This role is perfect for someone who already has a solid background in process improvement and is ready to take ownership of impactful projects, while still learning and growing within an experienced team. You’ll help us shape how DODO delivers excellence across Europe – and see your ideas quickly come to life.

Detail job description:

• Map, analyze, and optimize logistics and operational processes
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements with measurable impact on quality and productivity
• Shape and own a 3–6 month improvement roadmap that drives operational excellence across multiple markets and ensures scalability for future growth.
• Design and roll-out standardized best-practice processes that enable smooth launches of new locations and partners.
• Create and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Local Ops, Product, and Data teams on designing efficient solutionsTrain operational team on effective processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years on similar position in last mile, e-commerce, FMCG, or logistics.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
• Certification in process design and operational efficiency methodologies (Lean, Sigma Six) is an advantage
• Project management certification is an advantage
• Proficiency in Excel (macros, pivot tables), Power BI, SQL is a plus.
• Experience leading to process improvement and standardization
• Structured, analytical thinking
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Advanced Czech and English (at least C1)
