Key Account Manager
Reports To: Chief Commercial Officer
Position Overview:
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing strategic customer relationships and ensuring the smooth execution of business cases from initial contact to successful delivery. This includes overseeing technical changes, coordinating internal processes, and supporting the introduction of new parts and projects. The role is central to driving customer satisfaction, process optimization, and long-term partnerships aligned with Meopta’s commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, maintain, and develop relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Manage the introduction of new parts, including pricing, production, and validation.
Monitor and resolve customer issues with proactive communication and process defense.
Coordinate internal teams and drive change management for process efficiency.
Support project meetings and transitions from prototyping to serial production.
Key Deliverables:
Identification and negotiation with new customers, including pricing and technical solutions.
Consistent and proactive communication with key accounts.
Optimization of internal processes and effective change management.
Improvement of customer satisfaction and development of long-term relationships.
Support for new projects from initiation to series production.
Travel across Europe and Israel to maintain key account relationships.
Experience:
Experience in Key Account Management, Sales Director, or similar role.
Strong background in project management and technical change implementation.
Technical knowledge and ability to interpret technical drawings.
Proven track record in building and sustaining long-term customer relationships.
Skills:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
