About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven salesperson with strong business development skills to actively grow our customer base and expand partnerships in Francophone Africa. This role is hands-on and commercially focused – you will be on the ground meeting clients, identifying opportunities, and closing deals, while being supported by our experienced international headquarters team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth of medical devices across Francophone African countries
  • Actively identify new business opportunities and develop key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure successful deal closures
  • Manage CRM data and provide accurate sales reporting
  • Collaborate closely with headquarters on pricing, product, and marketing strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales or business development experience, ideally in medical devices or healthcare
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a hunter mindset
  • Willingness to relocate to the region and travel frequently
  • Proficiency in English and French (B2 or higher)
  • High level of independence, flexibility, and resilience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and good organizational skills
  • Ambition to grow and take on more responsibility over time
