Job description  

Location: Prague, Czech Republic

The role of the product manager in GROHE is integral to the whole company and will be connected not only to the marketing team, but also the sales, customer service team as well as with our customers.

We are looking for someone who will help us improve the tools and processes for these teams and will take over the day to day agenda with product management towards our customers.


Your Mission

  • Develop and execute B2C activation strategies across online and offline channels, ensuring that GROHE products and services meet customer expectations and strengthen the brand’s credibility.
  • Enhance marketing tools and materials (POSM, in‑store displays, etc.) by managing their development, implementation and optimisation to deliver a smooth and attractive consumer experience.
  • Support the sales team: prepare listing packages for product launches (price lists, presentations, samples) so that products can be efficiently listed in line with the roadmap.
  • Coordinate product trainings and technical support for internal and external teams to ensure solid product knowledge.
  • Manage the creation of catalogues, brochures and other materials by overseeing translation, editing, production and distribution from headquarters and adapting them for the CZ/SK market.
  • Administer and produce local POS materials and displays in line with brand design, including keeping records of marketing samples and tracking asset placement.
  • Oversee the full POSM lifecycle – select materials from other countries, develop local versions, monitor costs and assess the effectiveness of deployments.
  • Organise participation in trade fairs and events: plan, secure and coordinate exhibition spaces, communication and brand representation at events.
  • Collaborate with external partners (agencies, business partners, distributors), providing them with marketing support and leveraging existing GROHE databases and systems.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing or with product management
  • University degree – preferably in an economic/marketing or technical field
  • Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
  • Advanced spoken and written English and Czech.
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
  • Great team cooperation abilities and interpersonal skills
  • Sense of ownership
  • Previous experience with SAP Hybris or Stibo are a huge plus
  • Knowledge of the sanitary industry is beneficial
