Join our dynamic and friendly team as a Payroll & HR Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in supporting international payroll operations and HR administration across multiple European countries. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues in Prague and the Netherlands, contributing to a positive employee experience and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Assist with the payroll process in different countries by providing input and checking output and preparing journals, including focus on SOX compliance
- Support HRBPs with administrative tasks – contract/offer letter drafting, slide decks preparation, reporting, benefit administration
- Communication with employees – mostly via email or chat – payroll /holidays/benefits related questions
- Liaise with and promptly handling requests from internal and external auditors and finance department
- Working with payroll systems – ADP, Immedis and with HR system - Workday
- Close cooperation with team member in Prague and Netherlands

Job Requirements:
- At least, basic payroll knowledge, ideally for multiple European countries
- Tech savy – ability to work with different systems
- Advanced English (Dutch language is a plus)
- Being accurate and having attention to detail
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to work 4x/week onsite
