We are supporting an international, financially strong company with an expanding asset portfolio in Europe. Due to continued growth, we are searching for an experienced Group Controlling Manager to take ownership of financial performance management at the group level.

This role offers high visibility, direct cooperation with senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to build and improve controlling processes in a dynamic and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership of P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting across the Group.
• Lead and further develop a small analytical team.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency of monthly and quarterly management and investor reporting.
• Drive process optimization – automation, simplification, and standardization.
• Analyze key performance indicators and provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Prepare presentations and commentary for senior leadership, non-executive audiences, and investors.
• Support further development of internal reporting tools (including Power BI).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Controlling / FP&A (international environment required).
• Experience with investor / non-executive level reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, pivot tables, advanced formulas).
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Excellent understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Fluent English
