We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and friendly professional to support our HR team. If you enjoy working in a multicultural environment, handling a variety of administrative tasks, and being the go-to person for helping things run smoothly, this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
• Prepare contracts and assist with payroll coordination
• Keep HR documentation accurate and compliant
• Communicate with staff about HR processes and policies
You should have:
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in Czech and English
• A positive, professional attitude and a sense of confidentiality
• Previous HR administrative experience
