At FIXED, we design, develop, and sell accessories for smartphones, tablets, gaming consoles, and other devices. We do things properly - from development and testing all the way to customer support.

We position ourselves as an affordable premium brand. We create high-quality, durable products built to last. We don’t chase the lowest price on the market, but we also don’t want to be overpriced. We believe quality is an alternative to unnecessary consumption.

We are the market leader in the Czech Republic and are rapidly expanding internationally.

Right now, we’re looking for an experienced sales professional who can not only communicate this to partners - but actually sell it.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Managing relationships with existing partners in Poland, including Terg, Komputronik, Pancernik, Swiat GSM, iDream, iMad, and others

  • Regular in-person meetings - we don’t do business from behind a desk

  • Actively identifying new opportunities and opening doors where we’re not yet present

  • Negotiating commercial terms and setting up long-term partnerships

  • Preparing marketing activities together with partners

  • Full responsibility for results in your region

  • Representing the FIXED brand as a strong and reliable partner

Sales at FIXED isn’t about one-off deals. We build long-term relationships - fairly, openly, and with clear numbers.

Who we’re looking for

  • You have experience in B2B sales, ideally in field sales

  • You know how to open new doors and aren’t afraid of rejection

  • Negotiation is your thing - you know when to push and when to build relationships

  • You work independently and take ownership of your region

  • You think in numbers and understand margin, revenue, and customer potential

  • You have a valid Category B driving license

  • Experience in electronics / accessories / retail is a plus

  • You’re able to work on a B2B contract

This is not a junior role. We’re looking for someone who understands sales and wants the space to do it professionally.
