Your responsibilities:

• Achieving sales targets in the assigned area (Czech Republic)
• Developing business with existing and new customers in the PROFI channel
• Daily service of retail points and execution of sales standards
• Ensuring proper product display and POS materials in stores
• Supervising installation of promotional materials
• Supporting customers with product knowledge and sales tools
• Taking part in promotions and conducting product trainings
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
• Reporting sales results and market insights
• Close cooperation with sales and customer service teams

Requirements:

• Experience in field sales (preferably in construction / finishing industry)
• Strong relationship-building and sales skills
• Self-driven, well-organized and result-oriented
• Driving license (category B) and readiness for frequent travel
• English language skills is an advantage
