Your tasks as a Technical Project Leader (Development Department) will be:

• Technical project management for the development of the products
• Technical management of the development team from engineering, simulation and testing
• Coordination of the technical requirements and the state of development with the customer
• Responsibility for adhering the project schedule
• Responsibility for adhering the development budget
• Participation in complying with the planned product costs
• Ensuring a consistent design-to-cost approach in cooperation with sales, production, purchasing and all specialist departments involved
• Carrying out technical supplier meetings
• Further development of the department's products
• Participation in the optimization of development methods and project processes

Your profile:

• Successfully completed engineering degree in mechanical engineering, vehicle technology, applied physics or similar
• Good technical and physical knowledge of hydraulic systems
• Open-mindedness, ability to work in a team as well as a goal-oriented way of working
• Fluent in English, German is of advantage
• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor, also on an international level
• At least 3 years of professional experience in automotive industry

We can offer you:

• 25 days of vacation and 3 sick days
• Meal allowance paid with salary in the amount of CZK 128 per worked day
