Introduction:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer with a strong background in enterprise IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing and supporting critical systems including Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365, while contributing to a fast-paced and highly collaborative technical environment based in Liberec.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support and manage enterprise-grade IT infrastructure and systems
• Monitor, maintain, and validate backup and recovery processes
• Administer and support Okta (SSO, MFA, Identity Management)
• Manage Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Work with Azure AD, AWS integrations, and cloud services
• Administer Mimecast and O365 security (ATP)
• Manage Active Directory (Group Policy, DNS, Sites & Services, etc.)
• Monitor and troubleshoot PowerShell automation scripts
• Ensure system uptime and performance; recommend improvements
• Support and maintain Windows and Linux server environments
• Act as an escalation point for IT support teams
• Collaborate on infrastructure projects and continuous improvements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Hands-on experience with VMware virtualization
• Familiarity with NAS solutions and CIFS/SMB protocols
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux OS
• Experience with PowerShell scripting
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience managing Active Directory (ADUC)
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery processes
• Understanding of server hardware and infrastructure

Experience Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Relevant certifications such as:

• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate

• VMware Certified Associate

Work Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years in Systems Administrator / IT Infrastructure roles
