We are looking for an experienced SAP PM AMS Support Consultant with advanced Finnish and English language skills to support end users and maintenance operations in an international environment. In this role, you will provide application support, incident resolution, and continuous improvements within SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), while working closely with business users, plant operations, and technical teams..

Your tasks in detail:

• Provide support for SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Configure and support Equipment Master, Maintenance Plans, Notifications, and Maintenance Orders.
• Analyze and resolve application issues while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose functional solutions.
• Support system enhancements, testing activities, and documentation.
• Work with technical teams on issue analysis, root cause investigation, and deployment activities.

Domain Knowledge:

• Advanced proficiency in Finnish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PM configuration and support.
• Knowledge of integration points between SAP PM and MM, FI/CO, QM, PS, and PP modules.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, or similar change management tools.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy.
• Basic understanding of ABAP debugging for issue analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience working in an AMS (Application Management Services) environment.

Business & Process Knowledge:

• Understanding of plant maintenance processes, including preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, calibration, and shutdown/turnaround maintenance.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling best practices.
• Familiarity with maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, maintenance backlog, and PM compliance.

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Asset Management (PM).
• Exposure to SAP Fiori applications and mobile maintenance solutions such as SAP Work Manager.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, utilities, or industrial clients.
