We are looking for a motivated CAD Engineer who combines technical expertise, creativity, and a hands-on engineering mindset.

Your Impact

As a CAD Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and development of new products and components. Working closely with engineering specialists, manufacturing teams, and international development partners, you will transform ideas and technical requirements into robust, manufacturable solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute not only to product development projects but also to the continued growth of local engineering capabilities in Malá Skála.

Your Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Manage and maintain engineering data within Teamcenter PLM.
• Develop product concepts and create detailed mechanical designs using CAD tools.
• Design and optimize mechanical components and assemblies with a focus on functionality, manufacturability, and quality.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams throughout the product development process.
• Participate in interdisciplinary and international development projects.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design standards, engineering methods, and development processes.

Your Profile

• Technical education (secondary technical school, university, or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Product Design, or a related technical field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Practical experience in the design and development of mechanical components.
• Good knowledge of 3D CAD systems; experience with SolidWorks is a strong advantage.
• Experience working with technical documentation and engineering data management.
• Good English communication skills
• Structured and detail-oriented working style.
