We are currently looking for an experienced Strategic Sourcing / Procurement professional to join a global procurement team and support the Devices category.

As this is a highly specialised area, we are also interested in candidates with strong procurement experience across related technical categories such as:

• Medical / Technical Devices
• Packaging
• Automation & Manufacturing Equipment
• Diagnostics & R&D
• Maintenance, Repair & Technical Services
• MRO / Technical Procurement

Your responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects
• Manage RFI, RFP and RFQ processes
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers
• Lead commercial negotiations and supplier selection
• Analyse supplier proposals and commercial conditions
• Manage supplier relationships and performance
• Support contracting and supplier due diligence
• Partner with global stakeholders across Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D and other functions
• Manage multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously

What we are looking for

• Strong experience in Strategic Sourcing / Category Management / Procurement
• Proven ownership of sourcing projects from initiation through contract award
• Experience within at least one relevant technical category, ideally:
• Devices, Packaging, Automation, Manufacturing Equipment, Diagnostics, R&D, MRO or Technical Services
• Strong supplier negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with RFI/RFP/RFQ and tendering processes
• Experience with SAP Ariba is highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment
• Fluent English
