Would you like to contribute to the production of world-class shock absorbers and suspension systems for rail vehicles worldwide? We are looking for an experienced Process Engineering leader who will drive manufacturing excellence, lead technical projects, and manage a team of engineering specialists in the dynamic railway industry.

???? What will be your responsibilities?
✅ Lead and develop manufacturing processes for rail vehicle components
✅ Introduce new technologies, equipment, and production lines
✅ Optimize processes with a focus on quality, safety, and operational efficiency
✅ Lead and support the professional development of the Process Engineering team
✅ Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams
✅ Manage and support CAPEX and investment projects
✅ Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement activities

???? What are we looking for?
???? Bachelor's degree or technical education in Engineering or a related field
???? Experience in Process Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering within a production environment
???? Previous leadership experience is an advantage
???? Working knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD (minimum 2D)
???? Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
???? Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and TPM principles
???? Good communication skills in English
???? Proactive mindset, strong technical thinking, and results-oriented approach
