The main responsibility of the Key Account Manager is to manage key business partners, develop and strengthen long-term business relationships, and negotiate commercial terms and agreements.

What We Expect from You

• Strategic Account Development: Take ownership of assigned key accounts, develop account plans, identify growth opportunities, and drive cross-sell and upsell of advanced payment
• Strategic Business Development (Cross-sell & Upsell): Identify new business opportunities and promote advanced payment solutions, including POS terminals, e-commerce gateways, and integrated cash register systems.

• Negotiation & Client Retention: Lead commercial negotiations with senior management stakeholders and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor trends within the fintech industry and analyze competitor activities.

What We Are Looking For

• B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record as a Key Account Manager or Senior Account Manager, ideally within fintech, banking, or payment services.
• Knowledge of the Payments Industry: Experience with card transactions, e-commerce, and payment acceptance solutions is a strong advantage.
• Excellent Negotiation and Communication Skills: Ability to support decisions with data, build trust, and establish strong relationships with business partners.
• Language Skills: Fluent Czech/Slovak and English.
• Proactive and Responsible Approach: Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to Travel: Availability for occasional international business travel.
