We have exciting tasks for you:

• You research and develop content about our solutions and internal processes tailored to the target groups, creating e-learning courses and documentation in German and English.
• You manage and support Customer Service applications, specifically our learning management system and knowledge base.
• You contribute to improving and further developing our training and documentation standards and processes, including through the use of AI, in close collaboration with other departments.
• You provide support and advice on documentation and training and handle customer communication related to our Knowledge Services.

Your qualifications:

• You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills; French language skills are a plus
• You have several years of professional experience in e-learning or technical documentation
• You have strong o365 skills and hands-on experience with learning management systems and documentation management solutions
• You are comfortable with occasional business travel.
