Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a talented Customer Support Specialist to join our team! In this role, you'll focus on maintaining customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and communicating with international clients in Europe.

Position is open for start during January and February 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with existing customers via phone and email/chat
• Process client data and record it in the system
• Collaborate with colleagues in the team

Qualifications:

• No specific knowledge or education required (training provided)
• Slovenian proficiency (C1 level), English B2 for client communication (Czech language is not needed however beneficial)
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage not a must
• Flexibility for shifts (8hrs shifts are planned from Monday to Friday between 7:30 - 20:00)
