Would you like to use your Italian every day and help employees get the answers they need? Join an international People & Organisation (P&O) team in Prague and support employees with everything from onboarding and HR system access to questions about internal processes.

This role combines direct employee contact with hands-on HR operations. You’ll take ownership of service requests, work with HR specialists on more complex cases and use what you learn from everyday employee queries to help improve how HR services are delivered.

What you’ll do

• Act as a point of contact for employees using HR services in Italian and English.
• Handle requests from the first question through to resolution. Investigate issues, keep employees updated and involve the right specialists when needed.
• Support employee onboarding and help resolve issues with HR tools, user accounts and system access.
• Explain HR processes and guidelines clearly so employees know what to do next.
• Track service requests and spot recurring issues that could be addressed through clearer guidance or simpler processes.
• Contribute to HR service improvement projects at country or business unit level.

What you’ll bring

• Italian and English for day-to-day communication with employees and colleagues.
• Experience in HR operations, HR service delivery or an HR shared services environment.
• Familiarity with HR systems and confidence handling confidential employee information.
• A practical approach to solving problems and the ability to keep several requests moving at once.
• Experience with onboarding, payroll processes or user access administration is an advantage.

What’s on offer

• 65,000 CZK per month
• Hybrid working with 50% remote
• 12-month employment contract from 1 January to 31 December 2027
• Prague-based role in an international HR team
