Build your commercial career by helping make a difference for patients

At Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, we believe every patient deserves access to the best possible treatment. We are looking for a Jr Sales Representative who wants to learn, grow and turn that belief into meaningful customer engagement.

This is an opportunity to build your expertise in sales management while taking responsibility for an assigned territory. You will learn to understand each customer, the local treatment pathway and the barriers that may prevent patients from receiving appropriate treatment. With rigorous onboarding, coaching and cross-functional support, you will develop customer-specific plans, build trusted relationships and help create value for patients, healthcare professionals and our business.

What you will do

· Build strong knowledge of your customers, disease area, products and local market.

· Prepare thoroughly for customer interactions and develop focused account plans.

· Execute customer activities across face-to-face and digital channels.

· Build credible relationships by being reliable, relevant and well prepared.

· Identify customer needs, treatment barriers and potential opportunities.

· Use data, customer insights and CRM tools to plan and prioritize your work.

· Follow through consistently and try new approaches when the first one does not work.

· Learn from feedback and progressively take greater ownership of territory decisions.

What will help you succeed

You are curious, ambitious and motivated by making a difference for patients. You bring energy to your work, enjoy meeting customers and are eager to engage with highly knowledgeable people while developing your influential skills.

You are likely to have

· A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant qualification.

· Up to three years of work experience. Relevant commercial, healthcare or customer-facing experience is a plus.

· Strong learning agility and an interest in science, healthcare and commercial work.

· A structured approach to preparation, planning and follow-through.

· Initiative, resilience and a positive, practical mindset.

· Clear communication and relationship-building skills.

· Confidence using AI and digital tools to learn, prepare and work more effectively.

· Proficiency in the local language and English, together with a valid driving license.

What you can expect

You will be supported as you build the capabilities required to become a trusted and successful Associate Sales Representative. You will receive coaching, exposure to experienced colleagues and opportunities to learn through real customer responsibility.
