Do you want to help shape the future of Lindex in Central Europe? As our Leasing Manager, you will play a key role in creating a strong and attractive store portfolio, building valuable partnerships, and supporting our continued growth across the region.

Your role in our team

As Country Leasing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and developing our store portfolio across Central Europe. Together with colleagues and stakeholders, you will identify growth opportunities, lead lease negotiations, and support store development projects that strengthen our business and customer experience. As a member of the Country Leadership Team, you will contribute to broader business decisions and the future development of the market. As part of our global Store Portfolio & Global Leasing function, you will also bring local market insights into our long-term leasing strategy.

• Lead and develop leasing and store portfolio activities in Central Europe.
• Drive lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, closures, and expansion projects.
• Identify and evaluate new store opportunities and attractive retail locations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and external partners.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the market's store portfolio strategy.
• Lead and support store development projects from planning through execution.
• Collaborate closely with local and global stakeholders across multiple functions.

Leading yourself, being active in your own development and always staying on your toes to find the best solution are all things you know well. This also sounds like you:

• Several years of experience within retail leasing, real estate, expansion, portfolio management, or a similar field.
• Solid knowledge of the Central European retail property market and a strong professional network across the region.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional projects forward.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of the commercial and financial drivers behind store performance.
• Relevant education within business, real estate, retail management, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Bonus: experience from an international retail or matrix organization.
