Marketing Manager - AI Creators (Full-time)

Location: Prague or remote

ABOUT US
Dreamland Media LLC is a social media management agency for content creators. We build and grow AI-generated creator brands on Instagram and monetize them on subscription platforms. Small team, three founders who are hands-on every day.

THE ROLE
You get your own AI creator and run their marketing end to end, like it's your own business.
* Run Instagram accounts for your creator: Reels, Trial Reels, Stories, profile funnels
* Research trends and viral formats daily and turn them into briefs for our video editors
* Analyze your numbers every day (views, link clicks, subscribers) and decide what to double down on
* Work with account managers, editors and our backend team
* Own your creator's growth and report directly to the founders

WHO YOU ARE
* You've grown something yourself: a page, a brand, a side business, a team. Any industry. Numbers > titles.
* You live on social media and understand why things go viral
* You're hungry and fast. You want responsibility, not a regular office job.
* You think like a salesperson: more ownership, more upside.
* Fluent English
* Bonus: experience with AI tools (image/video), marketing degree, team lead experience, creator economy background

WHAT YOU EARN
* $2,500 fixed per month
* + performance bonus based on your creator's revenue and traffic
* On target: $3,500–4,000 per month. Our current managers earn in this range. No cap for top performers.
* We'll show you your personal earnings roadmap in the interview: traffic → revenue → your bonus
