Do you have experience in replenishment planning and improving product availability? Would you like to apply your expertise in an international environment?

We are SAG CZ, specialising in the sale and distribution of automotive spare parts. We are looking for a Regional Availability Specialist for the Czech Republic, Hungary and Austria.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Monitor product availability and replenishment performance across the Czech Republic, Hungary and Austria, including order fill rates and backorder trends.
• Review and maintain replenishment parameters, including minimum and maximum stock levels, safety stocks and ordering cycles, within agreed guidelines.
• Analyse demand, sales, inventory and supplier lead times to identify shortage risks, excess stock and opportunities for improvement.
• Investigate product shortages and order exceptions in collaboration with local teams, suppliers and regional stakeholders. Coordinate corrective actions and track their completion.
• Prepare regular availability and replenishment reports, highlighting root causes and recommending specific actions.
• Support the alignment of replenishment processes and system settings and the implementation of agreed regional standards.
• Share expertise with SCM teams and support training on tools and procedures.

You will also contribute to budgeting, inventory optimisation and regional distribution projects, and support the testing and validation of changes in D365, LogoMate and related reporting.

What do we expect from you? 

• Experience in inventory and replenishment planning. You understand safety stock, minimum and maximum stock levels, ordering cycles and how lead times affect product availability.
• Advanced Excel skills. You regularly use pivot tables, lookup and conditional functions, and work with large datasets.
• Experience with ERP systems and an understanding of system logic. You can understand replenishment processes and the relationship between parameter settings and product availability.
• Strong analytical skills. You can identify the root causes of deviations, assess shortage and excess stock risks, and recommend specific actions.
• Fluent English for professional communication. You can independently discuss issues with regional colleagues, explain analytical findings and agree on next steps.
• Independence, attention to detail and teamwork. You can set priorities, support recommendations with data and follow through on agreed actions without relying on direct managerial authority.
• A valid category B driving licence and regular driving experience, along with a willingness to travel occasionally within the region.
• D365 or LogoMate experience is an advantage
