We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to join a large, profitable manufacturing company. In this role, you will be responsible for financial planning and analysis for the Sales and Aftermarket division across Europe.

Your responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the division.
Analyse financial performance, variances and profitability.
Prepare financial reports and insights to support management decisions.
Partner with sales and finance teams across Europe.
Identify opportunities to improve financial performance.

Your profile
Experience in FP&A or financial controlling within an international company.
Strong financial planning, reporting and analytical skills.
Ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.
Professional proficiency in English.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.

What we offer
Monthly salary of CZK 140,000–175,000.
Company car.
10% bonus.
Two days of home office per week.
