O pozici

Pracovní nabídka

We’re looking for a Head of Enterprise Applications, Data & Analytics to lead the applications and data agenda for an international manufacturing group. Reporting directly to the CIO, you’ll lead a team of functional managers and own the strategy, budget and performance of the group’s enterprise applications, data platforms, analytics and AI capabilities.

A major priority is to simplify a multi-ERP landscape and bring business units onto common processes and platforms. You’ll own the ERP platforms and design standards, working alongside the programme director responsible for rollout. You’ll also modernise how the group manages and uses data while keeping the systems that support manufacturing and supply chain operations running reliably.

What you’ll do

  • Set the group-wide applications and data strategy and decide where to invest across ERP, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, commercial and HR systems.
  • Lead the modernisation of data platforms, reporting and analytics. Set standards for data ownership, quality and responsible AI use.
  • Lead the applications and data workstreams for acquisitions, from due diligence and Day 1 readiness through to integration.
  • Own the operating and capital budgets for your portfolio, negotiate major vendor contracts and manage strategic delivery partners.
  • Develop your management team and partner with executives and business leaders to standardise processes, improve adoption and track the benefits of major investments.

What you’ll bring

  • 15+ years in enterprise applications and/or data and analytics, including at least 7 years in senior leadership roles managing managers in an international, multi-site organisation.
  • Deep ERP and enterprise applications expertise, plus a strong understanding of modern data platforms, analytics and AI.
  • A track record of leading multi-country ERP and data transformations and integrating acquired businesses.
  • Experience owning significant budgets, negotiating complex vendor agreements and influencing decisions at executive level.
  • Fluent English. Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing and additional European languages are an advantage.

If this sounds like your next step, please apply with your CV or get in touch to discuss the role.
