We are looking for a Payroll Analyst to support global payroll operations, collaborate with international stakeholders, and help drive payroll accuracy, efficiency, and automation.

What will you do?

• Support payroll processing across multiple countries
• Resolve payroll-related queries from employees and internal stakeholders
• Cooperate with HR teams and external payroll providers
• Validate, reconcile, and analyze payroll data
• Prepare payroll-related journal entries and perform GL reconciliations
• Support audits, year-end activities, and compliance processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
• Participate in international projects focused on payroll optimization
• Analyze payroll and HR data to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency

What are we looking for?

• Experience in payroll administration, payroll operations, or payroll analysis
• Understanding of payroll accounting and general ledger processes
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Experience with international payroll vendors is an advantage
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM is a plus
• Interest in automation, AI tools, and process improvement
• Fluent English for daily communication in an international environment
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
