I’m recruiting a hands-on Senior Software & AI Engineer to build internal cybersecurity platforms and developer tools for a global pharmaceutical company. You’ll develop full-stack applications, build AI agent workflows for security scanning, and own the software from design through deployment on AWS.

What you’ll do

• Build Python services, web applications, integrations, and developer tools.
• Use Claude Code to turn requirements into working software, review AI-generated code, and validate agent outputs before release.
• Design Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and tools that connect AI agents to internal systems and security workflows.
• Build and tune custom agent harnesses for hardcoded secret detection, static application security testing (SAST), and software composition analysis (SCA).
• Design and operate secure AWS infrastructure and deployment workflows.

What you’ll bring

• Hands-on production experience with AI coding agents and building the harnesses that control how they run and how their outputs are validated.
• Experience designing MCP servers, tools, and agent workflows.
• Professional Python development experience, including automated testing.
• Strong AWS engineering and architecture experience.
• Sound technical judgment, clear communication, and ownership of production delivery.
• A background in application security or security engineering is strongly preferred. Experience building developer-facing CLI tools is a plus.
