*****Senior IT Desktop Specialist with English*****

Key Responsibilities:

• Quickly respond to Executive queries and coordinate solutions with IT experts.
• Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and other tech tools.
• Focus in Microsoft products
• Document problems and create knowledge databases.
• Manage and coordinate tickets, working closely with GSD and FS teams.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (C2 level); German is a plus.
• Based in Prague 4, metro station one minute away, HOMEOFFICE possible!
• On-call rotation every 4-5 weeks.
• 3+ years of IT Service Desk experience or similar technical role.
• Experience supporting top-level management in a corporate setting is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must provide a criminal record extract not older than three months.
• Starting date ideally ASAP!!!
