JOB DESCRIPTION
HR Reward Officer guarantees that HR processes are executed conform the legislation and the HR policies. The main focus of HR Reward Officer is compensation & benefit related. HR Reward Officer reports to HR Manager.
YOUR FUNCTION
• You are processing payroll data collection, maintaining the attendance system and providing service related to payroll execution.
• You are the contact person for Vynckeneers and external payroll provider.
• You execute the benefit program and fleet.
• You manage the personnel files in term of contractual documentation.
• You organize & register periodical medical checks.
• You are the key user of HR tools.
• You collect data for proper HR reporting.
YOUR PROFILE
• You have min. 4 years of experience in payroll preparation and compensation & benefit processing.
• You like the back office HR agenda.
• You have a good knowledge & you like MS Excel.
• You can communicate in English.
• You are precise, proactive and able to work independently.
