Your Day-to-Day at RIO:

• Lead and Coordinate Projects: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects, ensuring everything stays on schedule, within budget, and aligned with RIO’s objectives.
  
  
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, from marketing to operations, to ensure seamless communication and smooth project execution.
  
  
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement new processes or tools that can improve efficiency, collaboration, and project outcomes.
  
  
• Problem-Solve and Troubleshoot: Tackle any project-related challenges head-on, finding creative solutions that keep everything on track.
  
  
• Support Brand Growth: Bring fresh ideas and contribute to the development and execution of strategies that help drive RIO’s expansion and growth, both locally and internationally.

We Expect You to Have:

• Experience in Project Management: You’ve successfully managed projects from start to finish, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  
  
• Ownership Mindset: You take full responsibility for your projects and are always proactive in managing tasks, timelines, and resources.
  
  
• Creative and Proactive Thinker: You’re always looking for new ways to improve processes, generate ideas, and push the company forward.
  
  
• Strong Communication: You’re a clear and effective communicator who can work well with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and informed.
  
  
• Fluency in Czech and English: You’re comfortable communicating in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
