Project Administrator
Position Description
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the team
• Faciliate the development and implementation of project financial plans
Your future duties and responsibilities
• Produce new and maintain existing financial reports, incl. data reconciliations
• Cooperate with the other teams within CGI, including international ones
• Assist with preparing quality assurance and delivery processes and procedures and ensure their enforcement
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Project Administrator/Project assistance with at least 2 years of professional experience or in a similar role
• Advanced knowledge of and experience with MS Excel (functions), and MS Word
• Ability to get things done with little supervision
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Solid communication skills in English
• Fluent in Czech/Slovak
