We are looking for a person who will be responsible for matching payments received from payment gateway and installment providers with orders, communication with main D2C department stakeholders (D2C, call center and development teams). In addition, the role will also be responsible for corrections of tax documents connected with e-shop sale.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Posting and matching payments received from payment gateways (Adyen, GoPay), installment providers (Home Credit, Klarna) with orders.
• Administration of cancelled customer loans (with Home Credit)
• Ad-hoc solution of issues coming from daily job (from Call center mainly)
• Correction of tax documents
• Credit management

What we need for this role:

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Secondary school or university degree
• Minimum 1 year experience in corporate finance (payments) preferred
• Excellent Czech language skills and at least intermediate English language skills
• Strong analytical and organizational skills needed
• Detail oriented, punctual, time and stress resistant
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) - advanced skills
