Technical Energy Efficiency Consultant

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering consultancy projects in energy efficiency of HVAC systems.
The ideal candidate must have ample experience with the design and operation of HVAC systems, preferably across industrial facilities.
The candidate is expected to have good market awareness to develop a portfolio of services and clients and work independently with limited supervision.
The role will report to the Regional Sustainability Manager and support a larger team of Consultants and Engineers delivering services across the CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) Region.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out consultancy assignments: analyses, feasibility studies, conceptual designs etc., focusing on improving energy efficiency of industrial HVAC systems
• Deliver or participate in the delivery of energy audits, energy efficiency studies, decarbonization and net zero analyses and roadmaps
• Project management
• Leading and participating in tenders for consultancy services
• Actively participating in the sales process

Requirements

• University degree in HVAC
• 5+ years as engineer/ technical/ owner's engineer consultant across projects for industrial and commercial real estate, infrastructure;
• Knowledge of local construction norms, regulations and permitting requirements, good international practice in design and construction, cost benchmarking, asset maintenance;
• Experience in sales and project coordination for consultancy projects, including those in an international environment;
• Excellent written and verbal communication and reporting skills in English
• Advanced PC user (MS Office);
