What you can look forward to as Business Analyst (m/f/d):

• Gather, review, and analyze business data, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics using data analytics tools.
• Liaise between various business departments and groups, eg between users/ customers and data owners.
• Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
• Co-create data governance model across Div. B operations to ensure consistent data quality.
• Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.

Your Profile as Business Analyst (m/f/d):

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements, and operational decisions.
• Understanding of complex data environments and ability to derive creative solutions to problems.
• Expertise in mapping and automating processes and creating reports using systems like PowerApps/ PowerBI / Tabular (mandatory).
• Expertise with Python, Pandas or Databricks, and Azure Data Factory (desired).
