Euro Jet provides an extensive array of services that support every aspect of the ground operation. This includes ground handling support; aviation fuel; overflight, landing, and urgent permits; VIP catering, hotels and transportation options. These services are arranged through our 24/7 Operations Control Center, a network of over 200 staff located in 40 countries and local service providers worldwide. We support a wide range of customers – from freighters, charters, business aviation to VVIP flights, flying anything from a single propeller aircraft to A340.

Responsibilities:

  • Negotiates contracts and maintains successful relationships with aviation service providers such as airports, handling companies, fuel providers, aircraft operators and charterers, ground transporters, caterers, hotels, etc.
  • Deals with ad-hoc contracts in accordance with customer’s operational needs.
  • Coordinates company’s participation in public tenders.
  • Supports other departments in daily activities.
  • Works on assigned projects.

Minimum requirements:

  • Minimum of two years progressive, demonstrated professional contract/procurement experience including, but not limited to, sourcing, contract negotiation, monitoring and reporting contract performance
  • Ideal candidate has experience with handling and refuelling agreements, understands aircraft ground operations including its economics and related liabilities,
  • Strong analytical skills, Commercial thinking, Attention to detail,
  • Proficiency in working with MS Word, advanced knowledge of MS Excel,
  • Flexible with proactive approach,
  • Friendly personality, presentable,
  • Team worker with very good organizational and communication skills,
  • Willing to travel.
