What would you work on?

  • Managing the in-house lawyer agenda leading the foundation´s day-to-day business needs, including corporate matters, employment issues, and contracts agenda.
  • Administration of the Document management system (DMS) and maintenance of legal templates.
  • Maintaining legal framework of intragroup relationships.
  • Liaising with authorities, public administration bodies, courts, and notaries in the context of the corporate agenda.
  • Daily communication with operations and finance team.
  • Overseeing the regulatory agenda, including communication with regulatory agencies, TSOs, monitoring legal developments and evaluating impacts on business strategies.
  • Handling electricity market access agenda and contracting agenda (contracts, market rules, power purchase negotiations, cross-border trading rules).
  • Participating in the groups´s M&A activities.
  • ESG agenda (contributing to the sustainability report).
  • Working with the best mathematicians in the world.

What makes you a great candidate?

  • High work commitment and an active approach to complex problem solving.
  • Excellent contracting skills (drafting, negoation, formatting), in both Czech and English.
  • University education with a master's degree in law.
  • Experience in a law firm is an advantage (1-3 years of concipient practise or a completed BAR exam).
  • Fluent Czech, English proficiency at C1 level, knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
