Currently we are looking for a highly experienced finance professional to join our Controlling/Treasury team.

What would you work on?

• Preparation and overseeing cash flow management and forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely insights.
• Collaborating closely with Treasury Specialist to optimize cash pooling, intercompany funding, and effective cash management.
• Conducting reporting and analysis on cash flow performance and risks, providing regular updates on the group´s cash position.
• Collaborating with finance, accounting, and business units to ensure seamless alignment on cash flow objectives.

What Makes You a Great Candidate

• At least 3 years of work experience in controlling, treasury, or cash flow management within a large company.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Czech.
• Strong expertise in cash flow and working capital management.
• Proficiency in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Familiarity with SQL and data management is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage time efficiently.
• A collaborative team player focused on achieving shared goals.
