Then join us as Leader DC Operations 3PL (d/f/m) at Tomaszów and be part of an agile, international team in logistics and help shape the future of our supply chain together.
Role Location: Tomaszów Mozowiecki- Requires candidate to be onsite 4xper week.
The following exciting, diverse tasks are waiting for you:
Serve as the owner and expert for 3PL warehouse logistics
Continuously evaluate and analyze current processes to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and automation
Develop, document, and implement process changes, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Analyze 3PL logistics processes to identify deficits and optimization potential and strategies for efficient warehouse logistics by 3PL
Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with various internal departments (e.g., IT, finance, transportation, etc.) as well as external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution of processes
Act as a liaison between business units and 3PL teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to drive process improvements and resolve issues
Ensure that business processes comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices
Establish and monitor process metrics to ensure consistency, quality, and continuous improvement
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure process adherence and effectiveness
Our requirements:
Advanced degree (MBA) in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of proven and relevant business experience in a global logistics environment with a significant value chain
Demonstrated ability to drive operational change and execute strategic initiatives effectively
Proficiency in leading and managing a 3PL teams within a multinational organization
Results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to fostering a positive corporate culture
Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to make timely and informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate in a distributed organization, fluency in English is necessary
Proven leadership skills encompassing team building, collaboration,presentation, strategic thinking, and innovation, with a self-starting approach and high energy level
Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with SAP/EWM is a plus
