Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carry out project sales work to complete assigned targets based on the team's AOP targets.
Search for potential project owners/DVs, establish & build close relationships with owner’s departments such as design management department, bidding department... to advise on Tostem product and update tendered project information.
Approach and build relationships with architect companies, introduce Tostem products, and spec - in product specification into the design and spec of the project to help increase the chance of winning the project.
Cooperate with contractors and project fabricators to coordinate consulting on technical solutions, quote prices, and bid for project.
Maximum support to fabricators and partners in supplying, technical consulting and installation of Tostem products.
Support the installation supervision team and fabricator in solving problems that arise with the PJ owner and main contractor related to the installation of Tostem product of the project.
Support the operations team to urge fabricators to pay and pick up goods according to contract agreements and announced plans.
Learn about competitors & contribute opinion in building sales policies
Perform other tasks as requested by superiors.
REQUIREMENTS:
Have bachelor degree in economics, construction, business administration or related degree
Have experience in selling building materials products.
Have knowledge of law and construction market in Vietnam.
Effective planning and problem solving skills.
Communication skills and establishing relationships at work.
Ability to work under high pressure.
Ability to work independently & in groups.
Good English communication (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Office computer skills (MS Office)
Preferably have 3 years experience in similar positions
