If so, we’re looking for YOU to join our international SAP Support Team at our location in Albergaria-a-Velha, Portugal!

About the Role

Become the backbone of our SAP team globally by ensuring seamless operations, providing expert support, and taking our systems to the next level. This is your chance to make a real impact in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee reliable and efficient operations of SAP-based systems in secure environments.

  • Assist with High Availability and Disaster Recovery SAP solutions.

  • Offer 2nd/3rd line technical support and problem management expertise.

  • Lead root cause analysis for major incidents and ensure timely resolutions.

  • Contribute to planning and managing updates, upgrades, and patch implementations.

  • Perform system health audits and provide detailed reports to the SAP Centre of Excellence Lead.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, third-party suppliers, and functional SAP experts.

  • Support various SAP applications like S/4, ECC, BW/4, and more.

What We’re Looking For in You:

  • At least 2 years of proven SAP Basis operational expertise in both support and implementation.

  • A proactive, positive attitude with self-motivation and critical-thinking skills.

  • Proficiency in Linux, Unix, and Windows environments.

  • Experience in incident resolution, problem management, and change request support.

  • ITIL and SCRUM knowledge is a big plus.

  • Fluent business English, both written and spoken.
