What is this role about:
You will be responsible for the conversion rate of the website, the average quantity in order and usage of key features: watchdog, reviews etc…
You will take care of the check-out, cross-sell and upsell, user account, product discovery.
Team of developers at your disposal, ready for new tasks and features to be implemented.
There is always room for improvement. Find it and come up with a proposal. There might be some issues and bugs that need fixing. Find it and come up with a solution.
What might be the challenge here? A complex in-house system, with a lack of resources and a great involvement of our CEO.
Ideal profile looks like this:
You are experienced in B2C e-commerce sector and have been in this environment for at least 3 years (so you had the opportunity to observe, try it yourself and fail)
You have strong analytical skills.
You worked with any analytical tool (e.g. PowerBI, Metabase, Tableau)
You don't need special incentives or a big team. You can roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes. You know it's your responsibility and you really enjoy your job.
Programs and tools we use:
Power BI reporting, Google Sheets, Google analytics.
Figma, Notion, MetaBase.
Internal systems.
