About the Role:
As a member of the Leadership team of IMEA, Leader Türkiye will be responsible and will be involved in strategic planning for the overall growth of the Türkiye business. As the expert functional leader for sales & commercial activities, he/she will actively represent LIXIL in the capacity of a business leader and a positive change agent for the Türkiye organization. He/she is expected to manage and continue to develop the market and responsible for the execution of all projects and smooth functioning of the overall operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
Experience in working at management level of mid -large sized organization from which they have leveraged the business success drivers like quality, customer focus, service, supply chain processes and excellence, financial disciplines, business planning and performance of the overall market operations
Define pillars of growth and strategy for the overall development of the Türkiye business and the team in terms of brand expansion, increase market share from local competition and identify growth opportunities with realistic action plans.
Will be responsible for the implementation of over business strategies in alignment with the IMEA strategy and management plans within the team and able to define a premium strategy for SPA business
Ensure continuous growth, improvement, leveraging the strength to further develop and expand the channel coverage in retail and project business over A&D and developers.
Lead the team as one LIXIL and achieve market goals and execute commercial plans in the best manner
Define the sales execution plans as per clients (KPI’s), & proper individual overall sales activation plans for the market
Ensure complete execution of marketing plans which are in line with IMEA overall strategy
Ensure timely reporting on all sales and commercial activities of the sales organization of Türkiye
Broad experience of managing performance and issues in operations/logistics, warehouse, financial controls, and human resources/change management.
Has the ability to lead and leverage these functions effectively in achieving overall region/corporate objectives
Result-oriented, professional business leader, with demonstrable track record of significantly increasing business unit performance and profits, as well as formulating and implementing business decisions
Personal experience of leading customer relationships with complex accounts in the market
Has experience as a leader or significant contributor in the commercial repositioning of a product portfolio or company; able to manage up and down to negotiate the alignment required internally
Has experience in mid-sized international companies operating through matrix structure
International growth mindset and high standards in compliance, ethics and corporate culture
Qualifications and Experience:
Educated to at least degree level in business/economics, or engineering with economics/finance
Experienced in managing a big teams and external relationships other stakeholders
10-15yrs of experience in commercial experience in the market
Strong management skills. Sets stretch but achievable goals for others, and provides clear direction as required to get there.
Well organised, structured, and pro-active planning. Hands on managerial style.
Understanding internal and external customers and able to manage their expectations.
Logical thinker who goes to the root cause and can find himself or encourage others to solve
Knowledge:
Ability to energize and inspire the team to implement innovative solutions.
A creative thinker with a strong commercial knowledge on the Turkish building/ construction market
Commercial knowledge of working with different models of service and business
Market knowledge for IMEA and international markets
Entrepreneurial mindset - thinks laterally and creatively about business problems; takes calculated risks; flexible and agile in the way he does business, always leaving room to manoeuvre and act upon opportunities that arise
