Your Role: Overview
As the Area Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for expanding our market share, securing new business opportunities, and ensuring sustainable revenue generation. You'll play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and business performance by building strong customer relationships, implementing sales strategies, and overseeing distributor promotional activities.

Your Opportunities
This role offers the chance to expand our market presence by securing new customer segments and strengthening relationships with key industry stakeholders. You'll leverage new product launches and distributor partnerships to enhance brand visibility and sales performance. Additionally, you'll have the potential to influence regional sales strategy, develop expertise in market trends, and contribute to long-term business growth.
Your Responsibilities
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Manage growth in alignment with company margin guidelines and sales targets.
Deliver sustained improvement of market share within the customer group.
Identify project leads and oversee the business from specification to order, ensuring targets are met.
Achieve sell-out targets where applicable.
Improve product margin mix across accounts through strategic sales and customer engagement.
Drive the sell-in of new Grohe products, securing display and stock commitments where relevant.
Implement distributor promotion activities to support market growth.
Train customer personnel to strengthen brand advocacy and secure additional Grohe endorsers.
Your Department
You will be part of our sales team, working closely with the Leader, Ireland.

A successful Area Sales Manager excels in strategic sales, relationship management, and negotiation, driving growth while maintaining margins.
